Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Massage Therapy Manager to join our team at Touch Massage & Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of massage therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Manage budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
