Job Title: Dedicated Office Administrator

About ONTARIO INC.

We are a dynamic organization looking for an experienced and organized office administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent administrative skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Cary out administrative activities of the establishment, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 1 to 2 people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
