Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Goods Production and Logistics

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our goods production and logistics division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including financial statement preparation and review
  • Lead financial planning and analysis teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and initiatives
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction and logistics industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including financial planning and analysis tools
