Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Goods Production and Logistics

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our goods production and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction and logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
