As the Manager, Financial Services, you will supervise, coordinate, direct, and support daily branch activities to ensure maximum service levels to our members.
You will lead Financial Services Advisors and other Member Service employees in developing new business relationships and capitalizing on opportunities that enhance relationships with existing members and clients.
Key responsibilities include managing consumer loan and investment portfolios for your branches, preparing budgets, setting sales objectives and priorities, and ensuring compliance with sound business practice, legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline with 3 to 5 years related lending and formal leadership experience is the minimum requirement for this position.
You must be comfortable establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, open communication, and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
