About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in asset management. You'll work closely with clients to develop and implement complex asset management improvement programs, service lines, or business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing asset management systems and frameworks
  • Creating asset management policies, strategies, and plans
  • Managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities
  • Delivering proposals and developing project plans
  • Supporting commercial arrangements and invoicing
  • Managing project delivery and internal/external reporting
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and events
  • Tracking project progress and collating information for project accounting and invoicing
  • Managing the production and handover of final deliverables

This role requires travel across Canada, with a frequency of one or twice per month.

Key Performance Indicators

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with internal project managers, subject matter experts, and clients
  • Carry out research, data collection, and analysis activities
  • Interpret findings and present recommendations to clients
  • Manage projects and tasks to agreed schedules
  • Support the continual improvement of our products and services
  • Produce high-quality deliverables
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • A recognized university degree
  • Working experience in an infrastructure asset management organization and knowledge of the asset lifecycle
