Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Consulting Practice, working closely with clients to solve their most complex problems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and growing our Consulting Practice, while delivering exceptional value to clients on a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Provide critical support in driving our consulting projects through each phase, including developing project plans, understanding client needs, and crafting assessment and recommendation deliverables.
- Business Development: Partner with our business development leads and senior members of the consulting team to understand client needs and assist in developing proposals and statements of work.
- Practice Development: Work closely with our consulting practice leaders on strategic planning and go-to-market activities for Info-Tech's Consulting division.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience within a management consultant capacity, specifically in owning client engagement/project delivery workstreams.
- Experience in developing consulting business, creating project proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
- Demonstrated client interaction experience in a consulting delivery and business development capacity.
- Career-driven self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing organization.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities within a team environment, with an ability to manage tight timelines and multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with advanced-level user skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
