Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls, responding to queries and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send invoices and other correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable and organized, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
