About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Sales Specialist to join our team in Southwestern Ontario.

As a Senior Veterinary Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in meeting established sales goals and managing expenses within budget. You will be responsible for conducting veterinary clinic sales calls within your assigned territory, both in-person and virtually. This role requires strong selling skills, with experience in the animal health industry being a plus.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves extensive travel throughout the assigned territory and attending key national, regional, and provincial veterinary conferences. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with key veterinarians and opinion leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, accomplish goals with minimal supervision, and possess excellent analytical, technical, communication, and presentation skills. A solid understanding of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is also required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Positioned within the identified territory
  • Demonstrates strong selling skills. Sales experience in the animal health industry preferred
  • Experience in developing and executing territory business plans
  • Knowledge and understanding of the medical, operational, and business side of veterinary practice
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Exhibits a high level of passion and self-motivation
  • Candidate must demonstrate initiative and accomplish goals with minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
