Job Title: Crane Maintenance Supervisor - Offshore Expert

Job Summary:
Primus Workforce Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Crane Maintenance Supervisor to lead the execution of crane maintenance and inspection work in a dynamic offshore environment. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure the safe and productive running of the shift, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and leadership to the offshore team
• Ensure the safe and productive running of the shift
• Maintain a strong focus on QHSE matters, reporting to the Contract Manager as required
• Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum up-time for all equipment
• Assist with equipment function testing and maintenance when required
• Support the Project Engineer in the smooth running of the project by reporting any equipment and or client issues in an appropriate and timely manner

Requirements:
• Basic secondary education
• French and English speaking (good written and vocabulary)
• Relevant offshore industry experience
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Competent with Crane Maintenance and inspections
• Able to understand Maintenance drawings / Hydraulic drawings / Isometric drawings
• Ability to compile and complete technical maintenance procedures
• Basic IT Skills – Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
• College Diploma or higher
• Desire to increase technical and management skills
• Offshore experience
• SAP system knowledge

Contract Details:
• Location: Congo, Africa
• Duration: 3 to 4 months
