Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Stefab Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff to meet deadlines and standards
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Recommend additional services to enhance facilities and maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
