Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kingston Asian Super. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
