Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Creche Skin Care Canada Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing policies and procedures, and overseeing payroll administration. Additionally, they will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, and arranging travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as required
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and computerized
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales or services have been provided
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field (Secondary school graduation certificate)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with office software and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Reliable and flexible with a client-focused approach
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and have excellent attention to detail. A reliable and flexible approach with a strong focus on accuracy and client satisfaction is essential for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
