Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at GDL Carpentry Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
