Supply Chain Strategist for Ambulatory Care

At PeaceHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Strategist to lead our ambulatory care operations in Bellingham, Washington.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry. This role requires excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive cost savings and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to develop and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and quality enhancements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $134,000 - $202,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
