About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at A&S Hydraulics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, preparing sales and orders, and promoting sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide accurate quotes to clients.
  • Prepare sales and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve product and service related problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic equipment and industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
