About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Misteelco Inc. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information, including contact details and payment terms.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in our accounting system.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
