Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including journal entries and accounts payable
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Perform clerical duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
