Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing journal entries, and performing clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process accounts payable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and payable transactions
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts payable
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
