About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves serving customers with a smile, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for managing tables, taking orders, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages;
- Serve food and beverages, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation;
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner;
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing solutions and apologizing when necessary;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tables;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Availability to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities;
- A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience;
