National Accounts Execution Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our National Accounts team as an Associate Director or Director, Execution. This role will be responsible for overseeing the credit underwriting of a portfolio of National Accounts on complex transactions, ensuring efficient execution and maximizing service standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of credit analysts and relationship managers to deliver high-quality credit solutions to National Accounts customers.
- Develop and implement credit strategies to maximize revenue growth and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Banking, GRM, and Shared Services, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in National Accounts.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality credit solutions and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
