At Mucho Burrito, we're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team.

About the Role:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Direct and coordinate staff activities, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train team members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct inventory estimations and maintain accurate records.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, upholding quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries.

We're looking for a skilled leader with a strong understanding of culinary operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries.
  • Address customer complaints and maintain a positive customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
