Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Hilton Toronto. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with overseeing all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train Housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing Housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure that they are always available and in good working order.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet Hilton's high standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Housekeeping or related role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid certification in Housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
