Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our retail banking sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Solutions: Identify customer needs and provide financial solutions that meet their individual needs, including banking services and financial products.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our branch team and other BMO partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and business priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers. Basic knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $43,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
