Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at North Star Pho Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Inspect the kitchen to ensure safe working conditions and adherence to safety regulations.
- Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
