Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Food Preparation: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
