About the Role:

Hall Constructors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Grademan to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising the loading and unloading of materials, verifying weights, and maintaining truck housekeeping and pre-trip inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the loading and unloading of materials to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Verify weights and complete and track all documents and ticketing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain truck housekeeping and pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to set up a Theodolite, builders' level, GPS base, and rover.
  • Excellent construction mathematics skills.
  • Ability to red-line As-built hard copy drawings.
  • Ability to assist crew as needed and plan 3 days of work in advance.
