Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Steelcrest Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • 5-10 people in the team.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
