Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Steelcrest Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement methods to meet project deadlines
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training for team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
  • Permanent position
