Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex projects across the region, ensuring they are delivered safely, consistently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Certifications: PMP or PMI certification, or equivalent, is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel and the ability to work in a variety of settings, including outdoor and indoor environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and have a strong sense of ethics and discretion.
