Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across the region, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective project communication and issue resolution.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability, while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Certifications: PMP or PMI certification, or equivalent, is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel, with occasional work in outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations. Utilization of personal protective equipment is necessary.
