Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Vaughan Mills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
