Job Title: Landscape Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team at JVR Landscape (2006) INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our outdoor spaces, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and raking and collecting refuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass
  • Rake and collect refuse
  • Remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees
  • Apply fertilizers
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial properties. The work will be physically demanding and may involve working in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
