About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team at JVR Landscape (2006) INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Apply fertilizers and repair and maintain equipment.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
Work Environment

This is an outdoor role that requires working in various locations, including landscape maintenance areas and customer sites.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical fitness to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
