Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Synergy Systems. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for assessing requirements, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess Requirements: Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, ensuring alignment with company needs.
- Negotiate Offers: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
- Provide Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a procurement or related role.
- Skills: Organized, time management, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- Permanent Position: A stable and secure work environment.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours bi-weekly.
