Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Synergy Systems. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for assessing requirements, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess requirements of establishments to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies
- Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible terms
- Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
- Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
- College diploma or certificate in a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
