Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Synergy Systems. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for assessing requirements, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure best value for the company
  • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
