Job Title: Lease Account Manager

Rush Truck Centres of Canada, a leading commercial vehicle dealership group in North America, is seeking a skilled Lease Account Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale and maintenance of existing accounts for the Full Service Lease and Contract Maintenance product lines. This includes ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and the Company's Health and Safety Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new customers through various means to grow the business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through personal visits and phone contacts, grow the business with these accounts, and perform annual reviews with each customer.
  • Maintain receivables with each assigned account.
  • Utilize software to assist in the sales process, track customer and prospect activity, and turn in expenses reports, pipelines, and proposal recaps monthly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance manager, rental department, and administration departments the handling of all assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college or post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Two years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing or a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, positive thinker, and self-motivated.
  • Sound decision making, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Competency in customer service, administrative skills, team building, and proficiency with software and computers.
