Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Plan IT Packaging Systems Inc. as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers and establish policies and procedures
  • Train other workers and record meeting minutes
  • Oversee office procedures and routines, and manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide customer service
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and arrange travel and itineraries
  • Set up and maintain information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence
  • Conduct research and perform data entry

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
