Corporate Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a Corporate Administrative Support Professional to join our team at STAR TRANSPORTATION INC. in Transportation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, utilizing your skills and experience to support the efficient operation of our business.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this field of employment and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as required.
- Scheduling and Co-ordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics as required.
- Liaison and Negotiation: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- Previous Experience in Administration
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work under Pressure
- Attention to Detail
