Assistant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Husky. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Manage a team of retail staff, assign duties, and provide guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
