Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at Delta Medical Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control the budget and expenditures of the medical clinic.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making.
- Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve clinic goals.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical clinic setting.
- Work Setting: Medical clinic.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work 40 hours per week.
