Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Innovation Solutions to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering innovative solutions throughout the business, collaborating with various stakeholders to assess needs, recommend process improvements, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities within the E2E PW service delivery
  • Work with the field to identify pain points, ideate, and prototype solutions to maximize client and advisor experience
  • Transform and implement the team's strategy, including technology, process, and people
  • Empower peers and partners to apply the human-centered design framework to achieve BMO's digital strategy
  • Collaborate with partners to prioritize across the portfolio to maximize overall business value
  • Measure solutions and continually evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant industry experience as a solution expert
  • Knowledge of discretionary, full-service investing, financial services industry, and fintech
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in communicating to audiences at various levels clearly and concisely
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $92,400.00 - $171,600.00, a salaried pay type, and a comprehensive total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
