Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Innovation Solutions, Private Wealth to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Innovation Solutions team, you will be responsible for fostering innovative solutions throughout the business, collaborating with various stakeholders to assess needs, recommend process improvements, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business groups, technology, and operations to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the client experience and advisor experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with vendors and partners to identify and leverage new technologies and platforms.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in a solution expert role.
  • Knowledge of discretionary, full-service investing, financial services industry, and fintech.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in communicating to audiences at various levels clearly and concisely.
