About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Innovation to join our team at Paidiem Solutions Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts to build relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Event Management: Manage events, conferences, and workshops to promote business growth and innovation.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in development and innovation.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
