Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalize the shopping experience for our clients, providing expert advice on menswear and luxury fashion.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales-related customer service experience in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Strong passion for connecting with others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive store culture.
  • Desire to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology systems.
