Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Current Level C CPR certification.
- Two years recent medical/surgical experience, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
