We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct health education and promotion activities to empower patients and families to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- 3 years' experience in community home care or acute care nursing (RN) plus an equivalent combination of experience and post-basic education in nursing clients with mental handicaps.
- Current valid BC Driver's License.
