We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Loba Solutions Ltd. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, taking care to ensure a precise fit.
- Advise clients on color choices and provide recommendations for wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as necessary.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work outdoors, underground, and at heights.
- Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
As a Construction Painter, you will work in various locations, including outdoors, underground, and at heights. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Work Hours:
40 hours per week.
