Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large caseload of commercial litigation matters, including general civil litigation and complex litigation cases
  • Work closely with senior counsel on more complex litigation matters
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve cases efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation law and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' post-call experience in commercial litigation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in litigation, particularly complex litigation matters
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
